The owner Mr Walton called me and we talked about the car I purchased and some of the benefits of the car I purchased, it's a somewhat special model. I've purchased a lot of cars in my 50 years of driving I've never had the owner of a large dealership call me for any reason. In my opinion the level of customer service at this dealership is second to none.

Even if you know exactly what you want and where to get it, making a big purchase can be stressful.If you want to have a pleasant experience, look for TONY!!! Tony, our sales person was courteous, not pushy, and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about the specific car we wanted. His expertise made it possible for us to purchase a car in less than 2 hours.Matt was also excellent. He helped us figure out which warranty package would best suit our needs. We did not feel like he was trying to oversell us on products we didn't need or would not use.Great job Honda!

Just traded in my older Honda for a new one and Tony was fantastic in helping understand more about the model I was interested in. He was super patient with answering all my questions and offered me a great deal! The entire staff at Walnut Creek Honda is fantastic. I got my previous car serviced here a couple of times and also got my new car serviced once so far and will gladly be going back for all future service appointments. The service team is transparent with all the work they will be doing and do a great and trustworthy job!

I originally came in just for a test drive, but ended up leaving satisfied with the vehicle I have wanted for the past 2 years. Roger helped me with my test drive and the entire process afterwards. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or make any type of commitment. I also loved that Roger was committed to finding the car I wanted and ensured that I did not settle on a certain trim or color.
